Therapy is for everyone and anyone who wishes for change to take place. It is a lens through which we can see ourselves from a new perspective.  Most importantly, it helps us to live in the present, making space away from the day-to day discomfort we may feel within ourselves. Therapy helps us to cultivate self-compassion and allows us to see aspects of ourselves we may not have known were there.

Some issues that bring people into therapy:
  • PTSD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • A general sense of something being wrong or amiss
  • Addictions, anxiety, depression and overall lack of satisfaction
  • Physical or emotional abuse
  • Low self-esteem/body image issues
  • Self-harming behaviour
  • Feeling like life is stuck on repeat
  • Grief/Loss
  • Issues related to sex or sexual health
  • Relationship issues
  • Difficulties around control/boundaries or anger
  • Feeling overwhemed and disconnected
  • Suffering from panic
  • Feeling unsafe in the world
  • Struggles with  relationship to food
  • Issues around trust and/or making decissions
  • Inability to committ to relationships

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change. "
