Therapy is for everyone and anyone who wishes for change to take place. It is a lens through which we can see ourselves from a new perspective. Most importantly, it helps us to live in the present, making space away from the day-to day discomfort we may feel within ourselves. Therapy helps us to cultivate self-compassion and allows us to see aspects of ourselves we may not have known were there.

PTSD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
-
A general sense of something being wrong or amiss

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change. "
- Carl Rogers
